Your mission

We’re hiring a Founding Designer with a strong background in UI/UX, visual identity, and storytelling. You’ll own our design strategy end-to-end — from product flows to brand expression — working hand-in-hand with the founders, engineering, and growth.

This is not just about making things look good. It’s about:

• Designing patient–doctor experiences that are seamless and intuitive.
• Shaping Vocca’s brand DNA in an industry that often feels cold and bureaucratic.
• Creating trust at every touchpoint — product, marketing, and beyond.

As our first design hire, you’ll set the standard and build the foundation that future designers will grow from.
